How It Works:

We pay for and arrange all shipping.
Working with IDS benefits both the corporation and recipient organization in a number of ways. First and foremost, we pay for and arrange all shipping. Since shipping costs can be an obstacle for non-profit organizations to receive products, we decided to eliminate this barrier by covering shipping costs upfront. When your excess inventory is ready, contact us and we will be there within 24-72 hours to pick it up.

Our staff inspects and prepares all items.
Upon arrival to our warehouse, our product enhancement staff carefully inspects and prepares all items. The items are sorted, counted, and entered into MAS 90 (a state-of-the-art inventory system) and finally, repackaged in useful quantities so that non-profits of all sizes can receive exactly what they need.
Our sorting processes benefit corporations by allowing us to give accurate reports of what was received and to which non-profit it was given.

All inventory is professional shipped.
Large shipments are packed uniformly, stacked neatly on pallets, and stretch-wrapped to prevent shifting or tipping while in route. A detailed inventory list is compiled and included in the shipping container. This list is especially useful for products going to international project sites. When shipments are neatly organized, they can be distributed quickly. All sizes of shipments to our NPOs are treated with the utmost care.

IDS manages a warehouse of approximately 94,000 square feet.
All of our space is dedicated to storing corporation's excess inventory and warehousing the supplies non-profits request. When corporations need to remove excess inventory from their warehouses immediately, our available space allows us to receive the products quickly and efficiently. After the sorting process is complete, inventory is held in our warehouse until a non-profit is ready to receive them for distribution. This eliminates stress for both parties.
